Site Engineer

• Day today management of site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force, supervisors and the work of any subcontractors.
• Planning the work efficiency, organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet the agreed deadlines.
• Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site.
• Preparing reports as required.
• Resolving unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
• Liaising with clients, consultants and their representative (Architects, Surveyors and Engineers), including attending regular meeting to keep them informed of progress.
• Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials and plant.
• Ensuring all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
• Checking of plans, drawing, and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
• Setting out, leveling and surveying the site.
• Managing, monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the client or consultants.
• Quality control in accordance with quality procedures, method statements, quality plans and inspections and test plans, all prepared by Operations manager
• Liaising with Project co coordinator regarding manpower planning.
• Providing data to the management in respect of variation orders and site instructions.
• Measure the site as and when, for invoicing and turn over with Petrocoat QS/Operations manager and get it signed by the client’s authorized representative.
• Any other duty, which the Management feels, is within your capacity.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
