Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Site Engineer with at least 1 year of experience in Dubai to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in site supervision, material procurement, supplier coordination, and project timeline tracking. The candidate must be able to manage daily site operations, liaise effectively with designers, suppliers, and contractors, and ensure that projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage day-to-day activities at project sites.

Handle procurement of materials and suppliers; negotiate and ensure timely deliveries.

Monitor project progress and track timelines to meet deadlines.

Coordinate with designers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.

Maintain quality control and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.

Prepare and maintain project reports, site updates, and documentation.

Provide technical support and solve site-related issues.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a Site Engineer in Dubai.

Strong knowledge of material procurement, supplier management, and site operations.

Excellent project management and coordination skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Valid UAE driving license (preferred).

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
