Site Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Site Engineer to assist in planning, supervising, and executing construction activities at project sites. The candidate will work closely with the project manager and other engineering staff to ensure that all work is completed safely, on schedule, and in compliance with design specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities.
• Assist in setting out, leveling, and surveying the site.
• Ensure that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and site records.
• Check drawings, plans, and quantities for accuracy.
• Ensure safety and quality control procedures are followed at all times.
• Support the project manager in planning and managing site schedules.
• Assist in preparing daily progress reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 0–1 year of experience in building construction or real estate projects.
• Basic knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site management.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work on-site and handle multiple tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
