o Job Summary:

o La Mida Contracting LLC is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Site Engineer to oversee and manage construction activities on residential and commercial projects within the UAE. The Site Engineer will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a strong understanding of construction processes, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to effectively manage site operations.

o Responsibilities:

· Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and schedules.

· Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, ensuring they meet project requirements and deadlines.

· Monitor and control site progress, identifying and resolving any issues or delays.

· Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations.

· Prepare and maintain site documentation, including daily reports, progress reports, and as-built drawings.

· Manage materials and equipment on-site, ensuring efficient utilization and minimizing waste.

· Liaise with the project manager, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

· Ensure compliance with all relevant UAE building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

· Address and resolve any site-related issues or concerns promptly and effectively.

o Qualifications:

· Experience: 5-10 years of experience as a Site Engineer in the UAE construction industry.

· UAE Experience: Must have proven experience working on construction projects in the UAE.

· Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

· Certifications:

o G+12 Certificate (Mandatory)

o DM Certificate (Mandatory)

· Project Experience: Proven experience in both residential and commercial construction projects.

· Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
