Site Engineer

Job Overview

Falcon Group is seeking a Site Engineer to supervise on-site construction activities, ensure project execution as per drawings and specifications, and coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams to deliver high-quality results on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations and construction activities.
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and project managers.
• Monitor quality control, safety compliance, and progress reporting.
• Prepare and review site documentation, reports, and material approvals.
• Resolve technical issues on-site and support project completion within deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years experience in construction/site supervision.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site procedures.
• Familiarity with UAE construction standards and regulations preferred.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
