Site Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Site Engineer to supervise construction activities on-site, ensure project specifications are followed, and coordinate between workers, subcontractors, and project management. The Site Engineer plays a key role in ensuring quality, safety, and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction site operations and activities
• Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and project managers
• Monitor progress and prepare daily/weekly site reports
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
• Manage subcontractors and site workforce
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues
• Assist in material verification and quantity checks
• Support project planning and scheduling activities
• Ensure timely completion of project milestones

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering field
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in site engineering or construction supervision
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and procedures
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications
• Experience working with contractors, consultants, and site teams
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of health, safety, and construction regulations
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, or similar tools is an advantage
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects is preferred
• Valid driving license is an advantage (depending on project requirements)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR7,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
