Site Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensure project quality, and support timely project delivery in line with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage on-site construction activities.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams.
• Monitor project progress and report updates to senior management.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
• Maintain site records, reports, and documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years of UAE construction experience (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in residential and commercial building projects.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
