Site Engineer

Position Summary

The Site Engineer shall be responsible for supervising construction site activities, monitoring work quality, coordinating with contractors and labor, and ensuring that project execution is completed according to drawings, standards, timelines, and management instructions.

Key Responsibilities

Site Supervision

• Supervise daily construction activities at the project site.
• Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor labor, contractor, and site team performance.
• Ensure quality control and proper execution of work.

Project Coordination

• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, consultants, and vendors.
• Support planning and execution of civil works.
• Report site progress and daily updates to management.
• Identify site issues and coordinate timely solutions.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain daily site reports and progress records.
• Verify material usage and site requirements.
• Support quantity verification and work measurements.
• Ensure safety, discipline, and proper site management.

Hiring Requirements

• BSc Civil Engineering / DAE Civil.
• 3–5 years of relevant construction/site experience.
• Real estate or developer project experience preferred.

Skills Required

• Site supervision.
• Civil work execution.
• Drawing understanding.
• Contractor coordination.
• Reporting and documentation.

MS Excel and AutoCAD knowledge preferred

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
