Site Engineer (Civil)

• Planning and Organizing:Site engineers plan and organize construction activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and task delegation.
• Technical Expertise:They provide technical advice and guidance to subcontractors and construction teams, interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
• Progress Monitoring:They monitor construction progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
• Documentation:They maintain detailed records of construction activities, including progress reports, site logs, and as-built drawings.
• Budget Management:They assist in managing project budgets, ensuring that resources are used efficiently and effectively.
• Quality Control:They oversee quality control measures to ensure that construction work meets required standards and specifications.

Safety and Compliance:

• Safety Management:Site engineers are responsible for ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel on the construction site, implementing safety protocols and procedures.
• Regulatory Compliance:They ensure that construction activities comply with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Risk Assessment:They identify and assess potential risks on the construction site and implement measures to mitigate those risks.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Stakeholder Management:They liaise with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to keep them informed about project progress and address any issues that may arise.
• Team Leadership:They supervise and motivate the construction team, ensuring that all members are working effectively and efficiently.
• Problem Solving:They identify and resolve technical and logistical problems that arise during construction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,089.84 - ₹41,594.35 per month
