Site Engineer (Civil)

A. Site Supervision & Execution

• Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure work execution aligns with project plans and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site workers for smooth workflow.
• Monitor progress, identify delays or issues, and escalate to the Project Manager.

B. Technical & Engineering Support

• Interpret construction drawings, structural plans, and technical specifications.
• Provide technical guidance to the workforce and ensure adherence to engineering standards.
• Assist in preparing bar bending schedules, material quantity calculations, and measurements.

C. Quality Control

• Ensure quality checks on materials and workmanship at all stages of construction.
• Maintain proper documentation of inspections, tests, and site reports.
• Coordinate with QC teams for testing of materials like concrete, steel, etc.

D. Safety & Compliance

• Enforce safety regulations and ensure safe working practices at the site.
• Report hazards, accidents, and non-compliance situations promptly.

E. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain daily site logs, work progress records, and labour reports.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress updates for management.
• Ensure proper documentation of materials received, used, and reconciled.

F. Coordination

• Liaise with architects, structural engineers, vendors, and consultants.
• Attend site meetings and provide status updates.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
