Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and monitor construction activities at the site to ensure work progresses as per project plans and schedules.
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site workers.
  • Interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications to guide site activities.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote safe work practices on site.
  • Manage resources (labor, materials, equipment) efficiently.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation including daily progress reports, material records, and labor records.
  • Attend site meetings and liaise with engineers, architects, and consultants.
  • Monitor the quality of workmanship and ensure standards are met.
  • Assist in planning and sequencing construction operations.
  • Report progress and site issues to the Project Manager/Site Engineer regularly.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience (typically 2–5 years) as a Site Supervisor or similar role in civil construction projects.
  • Sound knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
  • Ability to read and understand drawings, blueprints, and technical documents.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, construction management software is a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing conditions.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Ability to walk, stand, and climb for extended periods.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,151.03 - ₹44,488.67 per month
