Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor construction activities at the site to ensure work progresses as per project plans and schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site workers.
- Interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications to guide site activities.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote safe work practices on site.
- Manage resources (labor, materials, equipment) efficiently.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Maintain accurate project documentation including daily progress reports, material records, and labor records.
- Attend site meetings and liaise with engineers, architects, and consultants.
- Monitor the quality of workmanship and ensure standards are met.
- Assist in planning and sequencing construction operations.
- Report progress and site issues to the Project Manager/Site Engineer regularly.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Proven experience (typically 2–5 years) as a Site Supervisor or similar role in civil construction projects.
- Sound knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Ability to read and understand drawings, blueprints, and technical documents.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, construction management software is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing conditions.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Ability to walk, stand, and climb for extended periods.

Pay: ₹10,151.03 - ₹44,488.67 per month
