Site Engineer (Civil)

*Site Engineer (Civil)* with *2+ years of work experience* required in a *government contracting organisation* based out of *Bandra (BKC), Mumbai*

Sites are in Colaba region

JD:

- *Handling PWD/BMC/government civil maintenance sites* including manpower, progress, quality & safety monitoring

- *Measurement book, site registers, material records, POR* and all site documentation

- *Preparing RA/Final Bills* with accurate measurements and ensuring timely approvals

- *Preparing civil estimates, BOQs and supporting tender evaluation, EMD submissions, pricing & bidding for government maintenance works*

- Coordinating with PWD/CPWD/Military/government officials for inspections, approvals & bill follow-ups

- *Executing building repair & maintenance works* (plastering, waterproofing, flooring, plumbing, carpentry, painting, etc.)

- Conducting joint measurements and presenting work status to engineers/authorities

- Managing vendor coordination, quotations, billing & material reconciliation

Salary up to *Rs 30,000 per month* (can be increased slightly)
