Site Engineer (Civil)

• Supervise structural works including excavation, foundations, RCC, block work, and slab casting for villa and multi-storey building construction
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and BOQs
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly site reports
• Ensure compliance with Sharjah and Dubai Municipality regulations and safety standards
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues
• Ensure quality control and proper execution of structural and finishing works
• Manage manpower and material planning on site
• Assist in inspections with consultants and authorities
