Site Engineer – Civil

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Engineer to join our Construction Division in Doha. The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day site activities, ensuring works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, safety standards, and productivity targets.

This role is ideal for a technically strong engineer who thrives in a dynamic construction environment and is committed to delivering quality work on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise assigned construction activities and work packages on site
• Ensure correct materials, workmanship, and methods are used as per approved drawings
• Check alignment, levels, and dimensions prior to execution
• Record daily site progress, manpower, and equipment utilization
• Coordinate inspection requests with QA/QC teams
• Monitor subcontractor performance and productivity
• Identify and report technical issues to the Project/Civil Engineer
• Ensure strict compliance with HSE and company safety policies
• Maintain accurate daily site reports and documentation

• Maintain high quality standards and zero safety violations
• Ensure timely inspection approvals and reporting compliance

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering
• 3–6 years of relevant construction site experience
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Experience in supervising site execution and subcontractors
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Knowledge of QA/QC and HSE standards
• Qatar experiences preferred
• UPDA Certification is required
