SITE ENGINEER (Civil + Fit-Out)

Position: Site Engineer
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
Experience: Minimum 10 years and min 5 years in residential villa construction
Specialization: Building Construction and Fit-out
License: Valid Qatar Driving License

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Site Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing site operations, ensuring quality standards, and managing construction and fit-out activities effectively.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of proven experience in building construction including fit-out projects (specially in villa type)
• Valid Qatar Driving License
• Strong supervisory, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage site activities independently and meet project deadlines
• Only candidates capable of working as a Site Engineer/Supervisor (Civil & Fit-out) should apply; others are not eligible for this position

Salary & Benefits:

• Total monthly salary package ranging from QAR 8,000 to QAR 11,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
