Hiring – Site Engineer (Steel Works)

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Project Type: Structural Steel Works

We are seeking a qualified Site Engineer – Steel Works with strong experience in structural steel fabrication and erection. The candidate will be responsible for managing site execution and ensuring quality and compliance.

Requirements

✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Diploma holders may also apply)
✅ Minimum 5–7 years of experience in structural steel works
✅ Strong knowledge of steel fabrication, erection, and installation processes
✅ Ability to review drawings, BOQs, and coordinate with fabrication teams
✅ Experience in site execution, inspections, and quality control
✅ UAE experience is mandatory

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise steel erection and installation activities on site
• Review drawings and ensure proper implementation
• Coordinate with fabrication teams and subcontractors
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality compliance
• Monitor project progress and prepare reports
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and project timelines
