Position: Site Engineer (Floor Coating)
Experience: Minimum 2 years
Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Description:
We are looking for a Site Engineer with at least 2 years of experience, preferably in floor coating, epoxy, polyurethane, or industrial flooring works. The candidate will be responsible for supervising on-site activities, ensuring quality workmanship, and coordinating with the project and client teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily site operations for floor coating projects.
• Ensure work is carried out as per project specifications and safety standards.
• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients for project requirements.
• Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
• Inspect surface preparation, mixing ratios, and application procedures.
• Monitor manpower and material usage efficiently.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in floor coating / epoxy works.
• Good knowledge of coating materials, surface preparation, and application methods.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• UAE driving license (preferred).

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
