MEP/Civil Site Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled MEP/Civil Site Engineer to oversee, coordinate, and manage civil and MEP works on-site. The ideal candidate will ensure that all construction and installation activities are executed safely, efficiently, and according to design specifications, project schedules, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate civil and MEP construction activities on-site.
• Ensure work compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, and local regulations.
• Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and maintain daily progress reports.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, subcontractors, and consultants to resolve technical issues.
• Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to project timelines.
• Review and approve material submittals, shop drawings, and as-built documentation.
• Identify potential risks and propose corrective actions to avoid delays or quality issues.
• Assist in cost control, resource planning, and procurement of materials as needed.
• Coordinate testing and commissioning of MEP systems and civil structures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Site Engineer in MEP and/or civil projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and standards.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Familiarity with project management software and MS Office.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control procedures.
• Ability to work on-site under varying conditions and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with large-scale commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
• Professional engineering license or certification (if applicable).
• Familiarity with sustainable construction practices or green building standards.
• HSE Certification
