Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Site Engineer to oversee and manage construction activities on-site, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with project specifications and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities and site operations.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Review technical drawings and resolve site-related issues.
- Prepare site reports, progress updates, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment utilization.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
- Coordinate material deliveries and ensure timely availability of resources.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Identify and report project risks, delays, and variations.
- Attend site meetings and communicate project requirements to the workforce.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in construction site supervision.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site management.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering and architectural drawings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- UAE experience is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Valid UAE Driving License.
- Experience in commercial, residential, fit-out, or infrastructure projects.
- Immediate joiners on visit visa or cancelled visa are preferred.
- Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred.
