Site Engineer – Glass & Aluminium Projects

Location: Dubai, UAE
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day site operations for glass and aluminium façade projects. The role involves supervising installation works, coordinating with contractors, ensuring quality control, and maintaining project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage installation of glass, aluminum, curtain walls, doors, and cladding systems at site.
• Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, technical specifications, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with the Project Engineer, consultants, and subcontractors for smooth project progress.
• Conduct site inspections and report on daily activities, progress, and material usage.
• Verify dimensions, levels, and quality of works before and after installation.
• Handle on-site troubleshooting and ensure timely completion of assigned works.
• Monitor workforce, equipment, and material requirements at site.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in glass and aluminium façade projects.
• Valid UAE Driving License.
• Strong technical knowledge of façade systems, shop drawings, and installation details.
• Excellent communication and site coordination skills.
