Design Build Live (DBL) is a growing construction and design company specializing in high-end residential houses, designer homes, and modern villas. We are committed to delivering projects with strong quality standards, efficient execution, and modern construction practices.

We are currently looking for a Civil Site Engineer with practical experience in both grey structure and finishing works for residential construction projects.

Role Overview

The Site Engineer will be responsible for supervising site activities, ensuring proper execution of construction work, and maintaining quality standards during grey structure and finishing stages. The candidate must have practical experience working on designer houses, modern villas, and residential projects.

Note: Candidates without combined experience in Grey Structure and Finishing works will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:
Site Supervision & Project Execution

• Supervise daily site construction activities for grey structure and finishing works.
• Ensure construction work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
• Monitor labor, subcontractors, and site teams for efficient execution of tasks.
• Ensure compliance with construction standards, safety procedures, and project timelines.

Grey Structure Management

• Supervise excavation, foundation, structure, brickwork, and RCC works.
• Verify steel, shuttering, and concrete works as per structural drawings.
• Ensure proper material usage and prevent wastage.

Finishing Works Supervision

• Oversee finishing works including plaster, flooring, tiling, ceilings, paint, woodwork, and other finishing activities.
• Ensure finishing quality meets designer house and modern villa standards.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, and contractors for finishing details.

Site Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and consultants for smooth project execution.
• Prepare daily and weekly site progress reports.
• Monitor material deliveries and site inventory requirements.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• DAE / Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or relevant qualification.
• 3–5 years of experience in residential construction projects.
• Must have hands-on experience in both Grey Structure and Finishing works.
• Experience working on designer houses, modern villas, and residential projects is mandatory.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and BOQs.
• Strong site supervision and coordination skills.
