We are seeking a skilled Estimation Engineer who can handle cost estimation, quantity take-offs, and project budgeting to support our civil and construction projects.

Role Overview

The Estimation Engineer will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, performing quantity take-offs, and supporting project teams with reliable financial planning for construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in PlanSwift, AutoCAD, and MS Excel, along with solid knowledge of finishing specifications for designer houses and villas.

Key ResponsibilitiesCost Estimation & Quantity Take-Off

• Perform detailed quantity take-offs from architectural and structural drawings.
• Prepare accurate project cost estimates for civil, finishing, and interior works.
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements to determine material and labor costs.
• Develop detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and cost breakdown structures.
• Ensure estimates are aligned with project scope, design requirements, and company standards.

Project Cost Planning

• Prepare preliminary and detailed project budgets and cost forecasts.
• Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
• Conduct price comparisons and cost analysis for materials and services.
• Identify potential cost risks and recommend cost-effective solutions.

Technical Analysis & Documentation

• Review architectural drawings and construction details to verify quantities and scope.
• Maintain estimation documentation, BOQs, and project cost records.
• Ensure alignment between drawings, BOQs, and project specifications.
• Assist project managers in cost planning and financial monitoring.

Quantity Surveying Support

• Assist in preparing tender documents and project cost proposals.
• Monitor material consumption and project expenditures.
• Support contract administration and variation order analysis.
• Maintain project cost tracking reports and estimation databases.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or DAE in Civil Engineering or relevant field.
• 2–5 years of experience in construction estimation or quantity surveying.
• Strong expertise in PlanSwift, MS Excel, and AutoCAD.
• Solid knowledge of finishing materials & specifications of designer houses & villas.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and construction drawings.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
