Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer to join our team for upcoming industrial and oil & gas sector projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in refinery or process plant environments and the ability to manage site activities efficiently while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and supervise daily site activities and manpower.
• Ensure proper execution of construction and installation works according to project specifications and schedules.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to maintain smooth site operations.
• Prepare daily progress reports, site documentation, and project updates for management.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards at the project site.
• Monitor and implement Permit to Work (PTW) procedures, gas monitoring, and confined space entry protocols.
• Ensure adherence to industrial safety regulations and operational procedures.
• Identify site issues and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of experience in industrial, oil & gas, or refinery projects.
• Strong knowledge of site management, construction practices, and safety standards.
• Familiarity with HSE procedures, PTW systems, gas detection, and confined space operations.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in challenging industrial environments.

Preferred:
Experience working on refinery or process plant projects.
