Site Engineer - HVAC

We are seeking a Site Engineer – HVAC with solid UAE experience in MEP contracting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in site execution, installation, and supervision of HVAC systems across high-rise buildings, villas, residential, and commercial projects within the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day HVAC site activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings.
• Handle installation of HVAC systems including ducting, piping, and equipment.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and other disciplines on-site.
• Review shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals before execution.
• Ensure compliance with UAE authority standards (Dubai Municipality, DEWA, etc.).
• Conduct site inspections, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain site records.
• Monitor material usage and coordinate with procurement for timely delivery.
• Identify and resolve site issues and provide technical support.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 4–8 years of experience, with UAE MEP contracting experience mandatory.
• Proven experience in:
• High-rise building projects
• Villas and residential developments
• Commercial buildings
