Job Description: Site Engineer – Retail Store Execution

Location: Multiple Zones in Gujarat (Central, South, North, Saurashtra, Kutch)

No. of Positions: 5

Reporting To: Project Manager

Industry: Retail Fit-out / Construction / Interiors

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and monitor day-to-day site activities for retail store fit-outs.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for timely store handover.
• Ensure site work adheres to approved drawings, brand guidelines, quality, and safety standards.
• Track and report project progress, issues, and daily site status.
• Verify materials delivered and ensure proper site stock management.
• Supervise civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and branding installations.
• Conduct final snagging and quality checks before handover.
• Manage local permissions, coordination with mall or property management (if applicable).

Zones & Deployment:

• Central Gujarat (Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Anand, Nadiad) – 1 Engineers
• South Gujarat (Surat, Vapi, Bharuch, Navsari) – 1 Engineers
• North Gujarat (Gandhinagar, Mehsana, Patan, Modasa) – 1 Engineers
• Saurashtra (Rajkot, Jamnagar, Bhavnagar, Junagadh) – 1 Engineers
• Kutch (Bhuj, Gandhidham) – 1 Engineer

Qualifications:

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Interior Design, or Construction.
• 2–5 years’ experience in site execution of retail, interior, or commercial projects.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project/Excel preferred.
• Strong understanding of site coordination, project tracking, and vendor handling.

Other Requirements:

• Must be willing to travel extensively within their zone.
• Own vehicle preferred (travel allowance provided).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
