Site Engineer /Project Engineer(Landscaping and Swimming Pool works)

Responsibilities:

• Site Management: Supervise daily on-site activities, including construction progress, material deliveries, and workforce coordination, to ensure adherence to project plans and timelines.
• Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure that construction work meets project specifications, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
• Health and Safety: Enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel on-site, conducting regular safety inspections and addressing any safety concerns promptly.
• Technical Support: Provide technical guidance and support to on-site teams, resolving technical issues, interpreting engineering drawings, and coordinating with design teams as needed.
• Resource Management: Manage resources effectively, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize productivity and minimize project costs.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with clients, architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the construction process.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of on-site activities, including daily progress reports, material quantities, and as-built drawings.
• Problem-Solving: Identify and address challenges or obstacles that arise during construction, proposing innovative solutions to mitigate risks and maintain project momentum.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in construction site management or related roles, demonstrating a strong understanding of construction processes, methods, and best practices.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
• Familiarity with construction materials, techniques, and equipment.
• Knowledge of relevant construction software and tools

Communication:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders and resolve conflicts diplomatically.

Leadership:

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and coordinate on-site teams to achieve project objectives.

Problem-Solving:

• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify issues, analyze root causes, and implement practical solutions in a timely manner.

Adaptability:

• Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapting to changing project requirements and priorities as needed.

Attention to Detail:

• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in conducting site inspections, reviewing construction documents, and ensuring compliance with project specifications.
