Site Engineer / Site In-Charge (Fit-Out Projects)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer / Site In-Charge to manage day-to-day site operations for interior fit-out projects. The role involves supervision of manpower, subcontractors, materials, cost control, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all on-site activities and ensure timely completion of works.
• Manage laborers, foremen, and subcontractors efficiently.
• Coordinate with consultants and clients for inspections and approvals.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
• Control material requests, deliveries, and site stock.
• Maintain site cost records and petty cash reconciliation.
• Enforce company QA/QC and HSE standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s / Diploma in Civil, Architectural, or Interior Engineering.
• Minimum 5–8 years UAE fit-out experience.
• Strong knowledge of finishes, joinery, and MEP coordination.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Excellent site management and communication skills.
• UAE driving license preferred.

Deal Breakers

• Must have minimum 5 years UAE experience in fit-out site management.
• Must have hands-on experience supervising labor and subcontractors.
• Must be based in UAE and willing to work full time on-site.
• Must understand interior finishes and material coordination.
• Candidates with only civil or structural background will not be accepted.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
