Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Site Engineer with a valid UAE Driving License to manage and supervise day-to-day site operations. The ideal candidate will coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities and workforce
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Consultants, and Subcontractors
• Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings and specifications
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
• Manage material deliveries and site logistics
• Identify and resolve technical issues on-site
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Travel to multiple project sites as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
• Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)
• 2–5 years of UAE/GCC experience as a Site Engineer
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, BOQs, and project documentation
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
