Site Foreman

We are working on behalf of a contractor who is looking for an immediate placement of a Site Foreman who has facade installation experience.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Foreman located in Dubai. The Site Foreman will be responsible for supervising construction projects, ensuring that tasks are completed on time. Daily responsibilities include overseeing workers, coordinating schedules, managing equipment, inspecting work progress, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The Site Foreman should have facade installation experience.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills and Communication Skills
• Experience with Heavy Equipment and Maintenance work
• Previous facade experience
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work on-site in Dubai
• Previous experience in construction or a related field is beneficial
• Relevant certifications or licenses
