Site Foreman - Aluminium

- Ensure that all fabrication processes are carried out efficiently and according to established procedures.

- Monitor the quality of fabricated aluminium products throughout the production process.

- Conduct regular inspections to identify defects or deviations from specifications.

- Implement corrective actions as necessary to maintain quality standards.

- Enforce safety regulations and protocols in the fabrication area.

- Conduct safety training sessions for fabrication technicians.

- Investigate and report any safety incidents or near misses.

- Collaborate with production managers to develop fabrication schedules.

- Ensure that materials and resources are available as needed to meet production targets.

- Adjust production schedules as necessary to accommodate changes in demand or priorities.

- Oversee the maintenance and repair of fabrication equipment.

- Schedule routine maintenance activities to minimize downtime.

- Coordinate with maintenance staff to address equipment issues promptly.

- Provide training and development opportunities for fabrication technicians.

- Mentor team members to improve their skills and performance.

- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.

• Aluminium Fabricator: 4 years (Preferred)
• UAE work: 3 years (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Foreman Aluminium Fabrication in the UAE: 4 years (Required)
