Job Title: Site Head
Location: Western Line (Mumbai)
Reporting To: Director
Experience: Minimum 8–12 years (Real Estate industry mandatory)

Role Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Site Head to lead end-to-end operations at our project site. This role requires a strong blend of operational execution, sales leadership, channel partner (CP) strategy, and team management. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of coordination between the developer, internal teams, and sales ecosystem, ensuring smooth project execution and target achievement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day site operations, including team supervision, site branding, client visits, and infrastructure readiness.
  • Drive on-site sales performance, ensuring monthly targets are achieved through CP engagement and direct walk-ins.
  • Oversee CP planning, sourcing, onboarding, and engagement strategies to maximize lead generation and conversions.
  • Align sales strategies with the project’s unique USPs, local demand, and developer expectations.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the developer and internal teams—ensuring seamless coordination and issue resolution.
  • Implement effective PNL management at the site level, optimizing resource allocation and cost control.
  • Regularly review sales funnel, lead quality, and site footfall to drive performance improvements.
  • Maintain a high-performance team culture, ensuring daily monitoring, motivation, and accountability of on-site staff.
  • Plan and execute local marketing initiatives, site events, and broker meets in coordination with the marketing team.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Business, Marketing, or Real Estate Management.
  • 8–12 years of experience in real estate sales/site management, with proven success in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of channel partner ecosystems, site operations, and PNL ownership.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to multitask, solve problems on-ground, and manage diverse stakeholders.
