Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end recruitment & onboarding of service-staff (housekeeping personnel), including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, documentation, induction.
  • Maintain employee records (personal files, contracts, attendance/leave records, payroll inputs) and periodically update HR database
  • Handle employee relations: address employee queries/grievances, conduct exit formalities/settlements, uphold discipline and service-rules.
  • Facilitate training & development: coordinate induction/orientation sessions for new joiners, refresher training on safety, hygiene, customer service, shift-work, vendor staff.
  • Support performance management: assist in periodic reviews, monitoring attendance/shift performance, recognition/retention initiatives for frontline staff.
  • Admin duties in service context: ensure uniform/distribution, shift scheduling, attendance hardware (biometric/roster), contract renewals, external audits for service-staff deployment.
  • Employee engagement & culture building: initiate engagement activities, communication, service-team morale.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
