Site Implementation & Integration Manager – Substation Telemetry

Role Overview

Our client, a globally recognized leader in industrial automation, electrification, and digitalization solutions, is hiring a Site Implementation & Integration Manager – Substation Telemetry to lead planning, installation, integration, testing, commissioning, and handover of substation telemetry and telecom systems.
This role acts as the main interface between project teams, vendors, site teams, and MEWRE, ensuring safe, compliant, and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage site implementation activities for RTU, MDF, MPLS, teleprotection, IP telephony, fiber, and 48V DC systems.
• Review drawings, BOQs, datasheets, and material readiness.
• Conduct site surveys (space, earthing, cable routing, power and telecom readiness).
• Coordinate permits, access windows, logistics, and daily/weekly schedules with MEWRE.
• Supervise installation, wiring, termination, labeling, earthing, and EMC compliance.
• Lead power-on checks, functional testing, SAT, and commissioning activities.
• Manage punch list closure, documentation, and final handover.
• Enforce HSE and QA/QC standards and lead progress reporting.

48V DC Batteries, Chargers, DCDB & Fuse Boxes Fiber Optics

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Telecom / Instrumentation / Control Engineering
• 7–12+ years in substation telemetry, SCADA, and telecom installation & commissioning
• Strong hands-on experience with 48V DC power systems and fiber networks
• Knowledge of IEC/IEEE standards, HSE requirements, and MEWRE procedures
• Strong leadership, coordination, and documentation skills
