We're looking for a Site Integrated Planner to join our team. This role is based in Sahiwal, which is approximately 2.5 hours away from Lahore, so relocation will not be required if you're already based in or around the region." PURPOSE

The Site Integrated Planner creates optimal production schedule based from the Secondary production volume - taking into consideration all production constraints (formats, brand specifications, production attributes, machine outputs etc.). The position is responsible for creating the Master Production Schedule (MPS) of Semi-Finished Goods while ensuring the best utilization of labor and machines in meeting the demand of Conventional Cigarettes and SFP requirements.


MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES

Master Production Schedule (SFG)
Create detailed production schedules (daily, weekly, monthly)
Optimize machine and labor utilization while meeting demand and inventory targets.
Monitor daily inventory to ensure SFG availability in Secondary.


Performance Monitoring
Monitor and measure Production Adherence and Reliability (Plan vs Actual) on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Evaluate STP changes, assess risks, and determine recovery options.


Production Planning Meetings
Lead weekly production planning meetings.
Review plans and issues with production team and stakeholders.
Plan and approve trial and project schedules.


System Management
Responsible for Master recipe creation/update in SAP.
Weekly process order creation in SAP for FG and SF


Stakeholder Coordination
Coordinate with CMRP during DSAM to ensure timely delivery of critical materials.
Communicate significant short-term plan changes affecting material coverage.


Cost Management
Manage LOMD (Loss on Materials Destroyed) and LOGD (Loss on Goods Destroyed).
Schedule final production volumes during transitions.
Monitor semi-finished goods inventory and plan for mitigating actions to minimize LOMD exposure.


WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR


EDUCATION

  • College/University degree in Engineering (preferably Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or MIE) or any related Sciences/Business courses.

WORK EXPERIENCE

  • 1–3 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning or a similar function
  • Experience in Microsoft Excel and SAP systems is an advantage.

SKILLS

  • Understands inventory policies and methodologie
