Site Manager

The Role

One of the most established Interior Fit Out Contractors are currently looking for Site Managers. As a company, they are very much Retail Fit Out specialists but also work within the Commercial and Hospitality sectors. Due to a high increase of new projects, they are looking to expand across the UAE. This is a great time to join one of the leading Interior Fit Out Contractors in the UAE.

As a Site Engineer / Manager, you should manage the site, deliver Tool Box Talks, set up sites, conduct site safety inductions, supervise subcontractors, prepare KPIs, update site programs, monitor site progress, conduct risk assessments, and perform Daily HSE checks.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of Middle East experience at a Supervisory level
• Extensive Fit Out experience within RETAIL, COMMERCIAL, and HOSPITALITY sectors
• Able to read drawings
• Must be able to speak, read, and write the English language
• Fully conversant with current Health & Safety legislation
