Site Manager

Welcome to Inlog Freight! We are private shipping company in search of an experienced, strong Site Manager. We are currently operating in 15 states, so this candidate must be organized and able to multi-task. This individual will work directly with each of our warehouse managers to manage Fleet and maintenance.

Duties:
- Develop and implement management strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of company vehicles, ensuring they are in safe and reliable condition
- Monitor fuel consumption and implement measures to improve fuel efficiency
- Manage vehicle acquisition, disposal, and replacement processes
- Coordinate with drivers and dispatchers to ensure timely delivery of goods or services
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies related to fleet operations:

Vehicle maintenance

Vehicle transport

Cost analysis on life of Vehicle

Vehicle insurance

Explore Self Insurance and captives

Maintain DOT rules and regulations

Analyze Fuel Card relationships

Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of fleet management principles and best practices
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Proficient in using fleet management software and tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
