Site Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Site Manager to oversee and manage day-to-day site operations for our interior fit-out projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality execution, adherence to timelines, workforce coordination, and client satisfaction at site level.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily site activities
• Coordinate with designers, architects, consultants, and contractors
• Monitor project timelines and ensure on-time completion
• Maintain quality standards as per approved drawings and specifications
• Manage labour teams, subcontractors, and material procurement
• Conduct site inspections and ensure safety compliance
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports
• Handle client site visits and update them on project progress
• Ensure proper documentation and measurement tracking

Requirements

• Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• 3–8 years of relevant experience in residential construction or interior execution
• Strong knowledge of civil works, finishing works, and interior execution
• Ability to read drawings and execute as per plan
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and project reporting
• Two-wheeler mandatory for site mobility

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
