Site Manager (Interior Fit-Out Exp is must)

Job description:

Oversee on site-activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.

Review and interpret project plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with design intent.

Maintain accurate documentation, site reports and other relevant orders.Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that workmanship and materials meet the highest standards.

Supervise a team of workers and related stake within the project bound.

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.

Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Liaise with project managers, architects, and clients to communicate progress and address any issues.

Maintain accurate records of project activities, materials used, and labor hours.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Good communication and interpersonal skills
