Hiring: Site Manager – Wind Power Plant

Tabuk Region, Saudi Arabia
Lead operations and maintenance for one of Saudi Arabia’s pioneering
utility-scale wind power plants
in the Tabuk region. As
Site Manager
, you’ll oversee all site activities, ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the wind facility in full alignment with performance targets, HSSE standards, and long-term asset integrity objectives.
What you’ll do:

Manage day-to-day operation and maintenance of the wind plant, ensuring optimal generation, reliability, and availability.

Supervise preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of
Wind Turbine Generators (WTGs)
and balance-of-plant systems.
-
Oversee implementation of the
Long-Term Service Agreement (LTSA)
with the OEM, ensuring contractual compliance and performance KPIs.
-
Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of complex mechanical and electrical faults.
-
Coordinate with the Operations Director and Engineering teams to plan outages, upgrades, and reliability improvements.

Review maintenance strategies, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with best industry practices.

Manage and validate maintenance documentation and reports within
SAP CMMS
.

Ensure all activities comply with
Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSSE)
regulations and company policies.

Supervise and mentor a team of engineers and technicians, fostering a strong safety and performance culture.

Collaborate with contractors, OEMs, and vendors to ensure timely technical support and spare parts availability.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning for all O&M activities.

Drive initiatives that improve plant performance, reduce downtime, and extend equipment life.
What we’re looking for:

Bachelor’s degree in
Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
.
-
10–12 years’ experience
in
power generation
, with at least
5 years in wind power operations or maintenance
.
-
Proven leadership experience managing O&M teams on large-scale renewable projects.
-
Strong knowledge of
wind turbine systems
, electrical components, and condition-based maintenance.
-
Familiarity with
CMMS (SAP preferred)
and performance monitoring systems.
-
Experience managing
OEM service agreements
and vendor coordination.

Excellent planning, problem-solving, and communication skills.
-
Commitment to safety excellence and compliance with ISO and regulatory standards.
-
Fluent in
English
; Arabic an advantage.
