Site Officer

The Role
1. Supervise daily curtain wall and cladding installation work on-site. 2. Report directly to the project manager and coordinate with the main contractor and consultants. 3. Read and explain shop drawings to workers; ensure installation is done correctly. 4. Ensure all work follows Dubia Municipality standards and project specifications. 5. Prepare simple daily progress reports and site diaries; check material quality and quantity upon delivery; coordinate with the site storekeeper. 6. Attend regular site coordination meetings; Solve basic technical problems on site; report major issues to the engineer. 7. Ensure all work is done safely and workers follow HSE rules; monitor site progress and report any delays.

Requirements
1. Diploma or bachelor's degree in civil engineering / architecture. 2. Minimum 3 years of experience in curtain wall, aluminum, or cladding projects. 3. Must have worked in the UAE or GCC before and be familiar with local site practices. 4. Good English (speaking and writing) to communicate with the team and prepare reports. 5. Can read drawings and do basic measurements; knows MS Office (Excel, Word); good at managing workers and solving site problems.
