As part of scaling our growth engine, were hiring aMarketing & Revenue Operations (RevOps) Managerto lead marketing strategy, demand generation, and operational excellence across the revenue cycle. This is a high-impact role that combines marketing expertise with RevOps capabilities—driving alignment, visibility, and growth across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.

Role Overview

We're looking for a skilled Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join us. In this role, you will own our infrastructure as code, manage our Kubernetes clusters, and build robust CI/CD systems. You will work closely with our development team to maintain system health and plan for future growth.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage Node Health: Triage and resolve node health issues during work hours.
• Incident Response: Partner with our development team to respond to and resolve urgent production issues.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Own the design, execution, and support of our product's deployment topology using IaC.
• Cluster Management: Own and maintain the distribution, scaling, and monitoring of multiple clusters.
• CI/CD & Testing: Own our CI/CD systems and collaborate with testing engineers to build a robust, well-tested product.
• Operational Excellence: Continuously improve operational processes, focusing on the security of our production topologies.
• Resource Planning: Work with engineers to help them define the resources needed for their services.
• Strategic Growth: Plan and scale our infrastructure based on business needs and future growth.
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Cloud & Containers: Extensive experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm.
• Operating Systems: Highly proficient in Linux, including strong knowledge of BASH scripting.
• Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience with a major cloud provider. GCP is preferred, but AWS or Azure is also great.
• Programming: Ability to write clean, effective code in Python.
• DevOps: Proven experience deploying and maintaining modern CI/CD systems (e.g., Zuul, CircleCI, Concourse).
• IaC Mindset: A strong passion for and knowledge of infrastructure as code.
