Site Security Manager with Military Construction Experience (Onsite, Creech AFB, NV)

Innovative Technologies Corporation (ITC) is seeking a highly experienced Site Security Manager (SSM) to support classified construction operations for the 432 Support Squadron Civil Engineer Flight (432 SPTS/CE) at Creech Air Force Base, NV.

This is a senior, specialized security role supporting ICD-705 / SCIF / SAPF-related environments. The position has strict Government-mandated experience and certification requirements. Only candidates who meet all minimum qualifications and certification requirements should apply.

Active TS/SCI clearance

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the on-site Site Security Manager for contractor personnel and operations
• Act as the primary liaison with Government security offices and leadership
• Manage and enforce security requirements for classified facilities and operations
• Support security compliance for SCIF/SAPF environments, including construction-related security requirements
• Manage personnel security actions, access rosters, and visitor coordination
• Maintain security documentation and support inspections, audits, and assessments
• Track, report, and resolve security incidents or deficiencies
• Ensure contractor personnel complete required security training and maintain compliance

Experience

• Minimum ten (10) years of experience performing security-related duties in a DoD, Intelligence Community, or other classified environment
• At least three (3) years of direct experience working on ICD-705 construction projects OR serving as a Special Security Officer (SSO)

Required Certifications - applicants must currently hold valid certificates for all of the following (one may be waived, but not more than one):

• Site Security Manager (SSM) Training (Thirty-Two (32) hours or more)
• Construction Security Technician (CST) Training (Forty (40) hours or more)
• SCIF/SAPF Planning, Design, and Construction Training (Forty (40) hours or more)
• Radio Frequency Shielding and TEMPEST Compliance Training (Twenty-Four (24) hours or more)

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $84,000 - $98,000 based on experience, plus medical/dental/vision benefits, 15 days PTO and 7 days sick time; other benefits available.
