About Your Team

This role reports to the Project Manager and collaborates with site engineers, planners, HSE, and commercial teams. You’ll be part of a high-performing project delivery unit, ensuring construction progress aligns with quality, safety, and program targets.

Your Role

• Manage daily on-site construction works from mobilization to handover
• Ensure compliance with specifications, consultant directives, and authority regulations
• Supervise labor productivity, issue construction updates, and maintain documentation
• Coordinate material submittals, delivery schedules, and drawing distribution
• Enforce QA/QC and HSE protocols and lead inspection readiness
• Track progress, delays, and efficiency, and report weekly to management

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 7 years of experience in a site management or supervisory role
• Proven ability to read construction drawings and lead site execution
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with site platforms like Aconex or Procore is a plus
• Final selection at senior management discretion
