Site Supervisor

We are seeking experienced Site Supervisor – RIG Preparation Project who will be responsible for overseeing all site-level activities related to the preparation, refurbishment, mobilization, or decommissioning of drilling rigs. The role ensures that the work is executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable standards, timelines, and budgets.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities related to rig preparation, including structural, and HSE-related tasks.
• Ensure all site operations comply with safety regulations, company policies, and client requirements.
• Manage and oversee contractors, subcontractors, and site personnel to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Review and interpret project drawings, specifications, and scope of work.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure adherence to technical standards.
• Coordinate delivery and usage of materials, tools, and equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of daily progress, incidents, man-hours, and equipment usage.
• Liaise with Project Managers, Engineering teams, and other stakeholders to report progress and resolve issues.
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and ensure all personnel are properly trained and certified.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in related field (preferred).
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in rig site supervision, rig preparation, or related oil & gas projects.
• Solid understanding of Rig Preparation, safety standards, and project workflows.
• Proven ability to manage teams and coordinate multiple activities under pressure.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in remote locations or rotational schedules.

Working Conditions:

• Field-based role with extended periods at remote.
• Physically fit and able to work in challenging environmental conditions.
• May involve night shifts, weekends, and extended work hours depending on project needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From KD300.000 per month
