Job Description: Site Supervisor (Fit-Out Projects)

Job Purpose:
To oversee and manage all on-site activities for high-quality interior fit-out projects. The Site Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that work is completed on time, within budget, adhering to the highest standards of quality and safety, and in strict compliance with the approved drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• On-Site Management: Supervise and coordinate all daily on-site activities for interior fit-out projects, including but not limited to: partitions, ceilings (false ceiling), joinery, flooring, wall cladding, MEP (second fix), and finishing works.
• Team Leadership: Directly manage and lead a team of foremen, skilled workers, and subcontractors on site.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure all work meets the company's quality standards, project specifications, and approved materials.
• Schedule Adherence: Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure the project is executed according to the agreed-upon timeline and schedule.
• Technical Expertise: Read, interpret, and implement architectural, interior, and MEP drawings and shop drawings accurately. Identify and resolve any discrepancies.
• Client & Consultant Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact on site for clients, consultants, and main contractors, providing professional updates and resolving issues promptly.
• Health & Safety: Enforce strict adherence to all company and local HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) policies and regulations. Conduct daily toolbox talks and ensure a safe site environment.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate and daily site records, including progress reports, site diaries, manpower reports, and inspection requests.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Site Supervisor exclusively in interior fit-out projects (e.g., retail, hospitality, offices, villas).
• Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of fit-out sequences, methodologies, materials, and finishes.
• Education: A diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.

License Requirement:

• Driver's License (DL): A valid driver's license is highly preferred and advantageous. However, it is not mandatory for application.

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings.
• Good knowledge of HSE regulations.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
