Site Supervisor

• Assist Site Engineer in overseeing construction activities to ensure timely completion and quality standards adherence.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including Project Coordinator, to obtain necessary drawings and instructions for work execution.
• Monitor contractor compliance with engineer's directives and maintain consistency in concrete mix and mortar specifications.
• Ensuring proper documentation and adherence to quality standards.
• Ensure safety and security of personnel and materials on site at all times, implementing safety guidelines and procedures.
• Document all work activities, including quantity calculations and daily progress reports, accurately and comprehensively.
• Maintain discipline among team members and enforce adherence to approved checklists and work orders.
• Continuously monitor material consumption and quality of work, implementing corrective measures as necessary
• Stay updated on modern construction techniques and contribute to their implementation on site for improved efficiency and quality.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Site Engineer or management to support project objectives and timelines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
