Site Supervisor

Job Purpose:
The Site Supervisor will oversee on-site operations, ensure timely execution of projects, coordinate with clients and internal teams, and maintain high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct site measurements and verify dimensions for accurate installation.

· Obtain approvals and clarifications from clients/consultants before execution.

· Supervise site activities, including installation of toilet cubicles, lockers, and wardrobes.

· Coordinate with internal teams, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow.

· Monitor progress to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

· Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality specifications, and company policies.

· Report daily site progress and maintain documentation for site operations.

· Resolve on-site issues promptly and efficiently.

· Travel to project sites across the UAE as required.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field preferred.

· Proven experience as a site supervisor in interior fit-outs, furniture installation, or similar trades.

· Strong knowledge of site measurement, material handling, and installation processes.

· Excellent coordination, communication, and organizational skills.

· Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical specifications.

· Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.

· Must have a valid UAE driving license.

Working Conditions:

· Salary: 3500-4000

· Medical insurance provided by the company.

· Air ticket provided once every 2 years.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
