Site Supervisor

Role Description

Coordinate daily site operations and ensure that project activities are executed according to the project plan.

• Monitor site progress and report on project milestones to the Project Manager.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on-site.

• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, project, and design teams to facilitate smooth operations.

• Maintain accurate project documentation, including site reports and compliance records.

• Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess site conditions and progress.

• Address any issues or delays promptly to minimize impact on project timelines.

• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives.

• Support the Projects Manager in resource allocation and scheduling activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Intermediate Degree

• Over 5 years of experience in Telecom/IT/ELV Projects

• One or more certifications in Project Management

• Expertise in reviewing the technical requirements of a project into engineering deliverables

• Assists and participates in the installation of new equipment, including participation in commissioning

• Liaising with vendors and subcontractors to resolve technical issues throughout the project
