Site Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities.
• Allocate work to workers and ensure timely completion.
• Monitor quality of work, safety compliance, and housekeeping at the site.
• Maintain records of manpower, materials, and daily progress.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and management for smooth operations.
• Resolve minor site issues and escalate major concerns to seniors.
• Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are available when required.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Diploma / ITI / Graduate (Civil / Mechanical / relevant field).
• Experience: 0–3 years in construction, fabrication, or site-related work.
• Knowledge of site supervision, safety practices, and basic measurements.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle workers and ensure discipline at the site.
• Willingness to travel and work at project locations.
