Job Description:

Bernini Interiors LLC is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee and manage interior fit-out projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in site coordination, vendor management, and quality control within the interior design or fit-out sector.

You will play a key role in ensuring that all site activities are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities related to interior fit-out works
• Ensure work is carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and schedules
• Monitor progress, workmanship, and site safety compliance
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports
• Handle on-site technical issues and propose timely solutions
• Ensure availability of materials, tools, and manpower on-site as per schedule
• Monitor and ensure high standards of quality control
• Conduct regular site inspections and enforce safety protocols
• Coordinate with MEP, joinery, and other specialized teams as needed

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field
• Minimum 1 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in interior fit-out projects
• Strong knowledge of fit-out methods, materials, and finishes
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs
• Excellent site coordination and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and team management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD is a plus
• UAE driving license is an advantage (optional)
